- 2 cans of tri-blend beans from Kroger (Black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans)
- 1 can of corn
- 3/4 lb of ground beef
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, de-seeded and chopped
- Tomato paste – 2 tsp
- A handful of cilantro, chopped
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Oil – 1 tsp + 1 tbsp
- 4 Cups of water
