If you purchased certain Coffee Mate Powder Creamer Products you may be eligible to receive cash back as part of a Class Action Settlement.
Who’s Eligible –
All persons and entities who indirectly purchased Pork from any of the Defendants or any co-conspirator, or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates, for personal use in the United States from January 1, 2009, through April 2, 2021. Only class members in the following jurisdictions are eligible to recover money from the settlement funds: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Award Amount – Without proof of purchase, you can claim up to 50 cents per unit purchased, up to a maximum of $5.00 per household, OR if you happen to have proof of purchase, you can get up to $40 per household.
Proof of Purchase – It is unknown at this time how much you will receive.
Claim Deadline – June 30th, 2023.
