If You Have Purchased A VIZIO Smart TV That Was Connected To The Internet Between February 1, 2014 and February 6, 2017, you may be eligible to receive cash back, as part of a Class Action Settlement.
Who’s Eligible –
All consumers who purchase a VIZIO Smart TV that was connected to the internet Between April 7, 2017 – October 28, 2017. Only one purchaser per Smart TV per household may qualify. Anyone who purchased more than one qualifying Smart TV may submit a claim for each TV.
Award Amount – Between $13 and $31 per television. You could receive more or less depending in part on how many class members submit eligible claims.
Claim Deadline – April 29th, 2019.
