The maximum number of entries for any one person into this Experience (the “Entry Limit”) is six thousand, regardless of the method of entry.

• (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Sprinter Van customized by Vansmith with an $86,000 conversion, inclusive of Vansmith’s “Green Package” (the “Grand Prize”) or take a Cash alternative of $112,500.00 (USD). ARV: $150,000.00 (USD). Any Taxes or Fees Covered for Grand Prize: If delivered in the United States (“US"), the Grand Prize will be delivered with applicable US sales tax, shipping fees, and registration fees, paid. If the Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include an additional cash payment of 25% of the ARV, excluding any cash component of the Grand Prize (as applicable), for Winner to use to pay required US income taxes.
• (1) Early Bird Prize 1: One Early Bird Prize Winner will receive $10,000.00 USD cash (the “Early Bird Prize 1”).
• (1) Early Bird Prize 2: One Early Bird Prize Winner will receive $10,000.00 USD cash (the “Early Bird Prize 2”).
