Any difference between the actual cost of the Home Theater Package and the $8,000.00 budget will be paid to the winner as cash, in the form of a check, provided, however, that such cash disbursement shall not exceed $4,000.00. If the total costs of the Home Theater Package reach $8,000.00, then no cash disbursement will be made to winner. Winner is solely responsible for all costs of installation, as well as all costs associated with use and maintenance of the Home Theater Package. Winner is solely responsible for terminating the digital media subscriptions or paying for their continuation at the end of the one-year subscription. ARV: $8,000.00.

Any difference between the actual cost of the Digital Makeover Package and the $8,000.00 budget will be paid to the winner as cash in the form of a check, provided, however, that such cash disbursement shall not exceed $4,000.00. If the total costs of the Digital Makeover Package reach $8,000.00, then no cash disbursement will be made to winner.
