One nice thing about Pottery Barn Outlet is that unlike a lot of store outlet that you see popping up, especially in the retail malls, this is a TRUE OUTLET. Some stores have started where they product items at a lower quality just for outlets, and this isn’t the case with Pottery Barn.
Pottery Barn Outlets you can expect to find over produced, out of season items as well as customer returns.
What kind of savings can I expect at the Pottery Barn Outlet?
Roughly (very roughly) I would say you could expect to generally save 50-70% off the regular store prices. Of course, this does vary and some items you may find will be less than that, and some of course will be more.
Are Pottery Barn Outlet Items Damaged?
They do have some damaged merchandise as any true outlet will have, in those cases some of the items may be even marked an ADDITIONAL amount off what the normal low outlet price would even be.
I don’t mind minor damaged items, in my house stuff inevitably ends up scuffed and dented anyway, and no one that comes over is going to know the difference of whether I did it or I bought it that way, so I will take the discount on damaged items any day if its minor.
What kind of items can I expect to find at a Pottery Barn Outlet?
When we visited one of the locations we found linens, furniture, lighting, patio items, seasonal decor, kids items, rugs and more. Basically everything you expect to find at a regular store, you can find at an outlet, just discounted.
SUGGESTIONS FOR SHOPPING THE POTTERY BARN OUTLET:
If you are going once while passing through, you can kill a few hours looking through all of the items – be prepared to spend some time in one. Some of the best gems in an outlet are the hidden gems!
If you live near a Pottery Barn Outlet, and you love their stuff, I would plan on going regularly. The store that we visited told us that they get trucks nearly daily. Things sell quickly at outlets so you will want to go regularly to check for new merchandise.
