If you are looking for more sources and resources for information on freebies, this is the page for you! There are so many sources for freebies online now days that it is hard to sift though them all!
General Mills is pretty good about giving away freebies every month, but they do it a little differently than everyone else. They have several sites for some of their various brands including Betty Crocker and Pillsbury. If you sign up for their email lists, randomly during the month an email will have a link to click for a free sample. I know not everyone has time to look through every email, but I do since I am always on the hunt for more free stuff. I post updates (on the blog and on social media) to let people know when the emails are going out, then you will know to start looking for the email. If possible I include the title of the email so you can just search your inbox. These are limited to 10,000 per month, so make sure you sign up.
From General Mills in the past I have received a ton of free food samples including Old El Paso Flour Tortillas, calendars, sugar cookie mix, Progresso Soups, Au Gratin Potatoes, Hershey’s Cookies and Creme Cereal, Yoplait Yogurt (as a coupon, thankfully hehe), Chicken Helper, Betty Crocker Brownie Bars, Fiber One Bars, Sweet Potato Chips, Gluten Free Cookie Mix, Apple Cinnamon Chex, Honey Nut Cheerios, Multi-Grain Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, Hershey’s Mix Ins, Suddenly Pasta Salad, Cheerios Dark Chocolate Crunch Cereal, Ultimate Hamburger Helper, Nature Valley Oatmeal Squares, Green Giant Sweet Potato Chips, Food Should Taste Good Blue Corn Chips, Baguette Chips, Peanut Butter Cheerios, Larabars, Cascadian Farm Organic Cereal, Mott’s Medley Fruit Snacks, and tons more!

Some of the best free stuff online comes from tobacco companies. You have to be 21 to claim these and a lot of people just don’t like the idea of signing up for tobacco websites, but they have the best stuff. They also have lots of really good giveaways with tons of prizes so it isn’t terribly difficult to win if you put some effort into it. I have gotten a ton of complimentary stuff from tobacco companies, including bandanas, playing cards, darts, tons of zippo lighters, a giant wooden spoon, various spices and hot sauces, lots and lots of free product coupons, bottle openers, USB drives, guitar picks, ear buds, a dart board, blue tooth speakers, sunglasses, tons of glassware, a burger press, a cooler, flashlights, keychains, multi-tools, bar tools, a phone camera lens and so much more! Note: When signing up for tobacco company websites they are required BY LAW to verify that you are over 21. In some cases they will need the last four of your SSN. I have done this, and it is safe.
